Ordering of goods:

I am using your online store for the first time; how should I place an order?

Select the goods you want to buy, their amount, sizes and any other necessary parameters and add the goods to the shopping cart. You can change the amount of ordered goods in the cart or remove goods from there. You can also add other goods by clicking the button “Jatka ostelua” (Continue shopping). When you are sure that you do not want to add any other goods to the cart, continue to complete the purchase by clicking the button “Laadi osto” (Buy now).

3 ways of making the purchase will be displayed:
1. Maksa vierailijana (Pay as a guest) – the purchase will be made as a one-time purchase and the information will be stored just for this particular purchase. If you want your purchase to be delivered to some other address, please select “Lähetä eri osoitteeseen” (Send to a different address) from the menu; a new data page will open.
2. Rekisteröidy (Register) – the customer’s data will be stored in the database; when making purchases in the future, you can go through the purchasing process by signing in.
3. Kirjaudu sisään (Sign in) – a customer, who has registered during a previous purchase, can make a purchase by signing in, in which case the required fields will be filled in automatically.
Check on the page “Oston laatiminen” (Make a purchase) that all the data in your order is presented properly. After you have read the terms and conditions applied in the purchase environment, click the “Jatka” (Continue) button. On the payment option page, select the payment option method that suits you.

How do I know that the purchase was successful?

If the purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation about the successful purchase that will be sent to the e-mail address you have specified upon registration, with all the details of your order.

Can I change the order after I have already made the payment?

We cannot guarantee that, but if the goods you have ordered have not been shipped yet, it is quite likely that you will be able to change the order. If you want to change your order just after you have completed the purchase, please contact us right away. Please send your e-mail in English at the address info@sibergold.fi, and we will make every effort to make the changes you want. If the goods have already been shipped from our warehouse, then, unfortunately, the order can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel the order if I have already made the payment?

If the goods you have ordered are still in our warehouse, order cancellation is possible, but we cannot guarantee that. If you want to cancel your order immediately after you have completed the purchase, please contact us right away. If the goods have already been shipped from our warehouse, then, unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return of goods:

Can I return the goods?

Yes, you can. Under the Law of Obligations Act, a consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, using a means of communication. With regard to the goods, the specified term starts from the day when the goods have been delivered to the consumer. The right to return does not apply to the goods that have been manufactured taking into account personal needs of the consumer, who is a party to the contract, i.e. particularly for you.
How can I return the goods?
Use of the right to withdraw in SiberGold online store:

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days as of delivery of the goods to the consumer. The purchased goods cannot be returned if they have been manufactured taking into account personal needs of the consumer or according to the requirements set by the consumer. If the goods have been purchased as new, the goods to be returned must not be used and they should be in the original packaging. In case of return of the goods purchased as second-hand, they should, upon return, be in the same condition and packaging as they were delivered to the buyer.
  2. If the goods have been purchased within a campaign where any other item was attached to them, the consumer has to return the whole set.
  3. In case of withdrawing from the contract of sale, a relevant notification should be sent from TÄSTA (HERE).
  4. The notice on the withdrawal from the contract should include the following information: the goods returned, the order number and the bank account to which the money will be refunded. Any payments received from the consumer under the contract, including any costs related to the delivery of the goods that have been paid by the consumer, shall be refunded to the consumer’s bank account within 14 days, at the latest, as of receipt by the seller of the notice on withdrawal from the contract.
  5. If, upon inspection by the seller of the condition of the goods after they have been returned, it appears that the goods to be returned have deteriorated, the buyer shall compensate for the decrease in the value of the goods. The seller can file a relevant claim not later than within one month as of return of the goods. The buyer has an obligation to compensate for the value of the goods in case he/she has modified or damaged the goods, or encumbered the goods with the rights of any third party, etc.
  1. The consumer undertakes to pay the costs for the return of the goods (EUR 11 or EUR 14) unless the goods returned fail to match the consumer's the order or if the case is replacement of the item or its repair under warranty.

How quickly shall I be refunded?

The money will be refunded after we have inspected the goods. Only after that we will make a refund by a bank transfer to the bank account you have specified in your notice within 14 days from the day we have received the returned goods, at the latest.
Who will pay the costs related to the return of the ordered goods?
The costs of the return of the ordered goods are paid by the person who has placed the order. If the goods are returned due to the reason that you were delivered wrong or damaged goods, we will naturally pay the costs of the return of the goods.

How are the goods returned?

After you have filled in the notice and received feedback from us, please take the package with the goods to the same automated parcel terminal to which the package was originally delivered, enter the code you have received as a text message and send the package to us.
